4. Main structure:
4.1 Take away device:
This device will use roller construction, it will be helpful to reduce the maintainance work and improve the usage life(compare with conveyor belt construction).The speed of take-away device can be adjusted automatically or manually according to the main machine(extruder or open mill). Transmission speed is controlled by converter.
4.2 Printing device:
It is used to mark on rubber sheet including two sets of letters of A-Z and digits of 0-9.
4.3 Splice device:
It is equipped with triplet, manual rotary valve and pressure cylinder, the manual rotary valve controls the cylinder to action the adjustable compression roller, this can press the incontinuous sheet together and achieve continuous sheeting.
4.4 Insulation solution tank:

4.5 Clamping and lifting device:
It adopts clip band to conveying, the angle between the belt and floor is about 75°. The clip band is made of high-temperature resistant PVC conveyor belt. Below the clamp belt there is water tank. Above it there is dust collector. Our equipment has a quick roll, it will let rubber sheet get in smoothly without rubber jammed. Camera system will be equipped for observation of operation.
4.6 Cooling device with festoons:
Assembled in sections and there are blowers at closed side. There are air discharge opening and at both ends, there are two inspection doors and inside the cooling system there is lighting lamps controlled by switches at the inspection doors. At the bottom movable floor is equipped for easy maintenance. A operation cabinet is set at the inlet and outlet of the sheet.
The driving motor for hanging rod adopts frequency conversion motor, moving speed of the rod can be controlled through converter.
4.7 Platform and steps on platform
The batch-off device should extend to the overhead platform, two ladders are set at the front end of the platform. The operator can climb to the platform from the floor, furthermore, there is a ladder between the second floor and the platform; the operator can climb to the second floor from the platform.
Elevated platform have safety barriers around.
4.8 Joint device
The device is conveying belt, mainly used for sheeting after festoon, and transmit the sheet to the second floor.
4.9 Sheet stacker on the second floor
It is to continuously stack the sheet after cooling.
The stacker can be driven by one AC motor, and the speed can adjust and can keep synchronously with take-away device, lift decive and hanging rod, etc.
Rubber sheet stacker: folding length can be adjusted from 1000 to 1400mm.
4.10 Weighing and printing:
There is pallet and electronic weigher, the rubber weigher has display and print function.
Weighing capacity: 1500 Kg,accuracy: ±0.5%
4.11 Three position pallet moving device:
It is composed of three position pallets. It will be driven by chain, and a electronic weigher will be installed under the Second position for weighing and it has automatic return to 0 function. The device will be installed under the floor.
4.12 Pneumatic control system:
It controls each cylinder’s action for take-away, splice and print. Pnuematic control elements use high-quality products with reliable performance.
4.13 Electrical control system:
4.13.1 The system can be operated by auto or manual mode. Manual mode is used for maintenance.
It is composed of one control cabinet, one main operation table, one operation box of stacker device on the second floor, emergency stop button and so on.
Control cabinet is set on the floor next to take-away device.
Main operation box is set on the floor next to take-away device.
And the stacker’s operation box is set beside the stacker device on the second floor.
4.13.2 Transmission speed of rubber sheet adopts variable frequency speed control system.
4.13.3 The whole line adopts OMRON PLC control.
4.13.4 Control way for fan is controlled by packet control, each motor has over-current protection breaker.
4.13.5 When the rubber sheet enters into the fan inlet, it will show alarm signal for rubber blocking.
4.13.6 Festoon length can be adjusted.
4.13.7 Weigher includes weighing sensor, measuring gauge and printer.
4.13.8 Fault diagnosis:
Avoiding the following signals: festoon blocking signal at the inlet of cooling system, emergency stop device installing on operation box, pull rope switches installed at proper position.

6. Assembling, debugging and inspection
6.1Buyer is responsible for assembling, lifting and moving. Supplier will send people for guidance.
6.2 Buyer is responsible for debugging.
6.3 Two-times Inspection:
A. After assembling in supplier’s plant buyer will inspect and ship it.
B. After assembling in buyer’s plant debugging will carry out then final inspection.
C. Performance of machinery is inspected according to specification. When continous 48 hours is carried out steadily and satisfied with buyer’s requirement buyer accepts it.
6.4 Supplier is responsible for monitoring assembling quality.
6.5 Supplier is responsible for guiding internal wiring.
6.6 Supplier is responsible for training the operating and maintenance.
6.7 Buyer is responsible for accommodation of debugging personnel
7. Technical documents
7.1 Technical document:include one blueprint diagram, one layout diagram and one outline drawing. Supplier will provide foundation diagram, layout diagram and outline drawing. All documents will provide in CAD, Word and CD as well.
7.2 technical manual include as follows,

8. Others:
8.1 The equipment cannot be transferred to the third party for mapping without the consent of seller.
8.2 The buyer should confirm the equipment color during technical exchange, seller will paint according to buyer’s requirement.
8.3When the agreement signed by both parties, it is considered as an integral attachment for the sale contract and should immediately come into effect with the sale contract. For other unmentioned matters, it will be made according to the seller’s standard product, if the buyer wants to amend the technique half-way, it should be in written form to notice the other party. After both parties have agreed, it will be considered as a supplement agreement.
